The Prescription Clerk office at our Practice is open from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and does not accept repeat prescriptions over the phone unless the patient is housebound. Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescriptions to be processed and 5 working days for Controlled Drugs.
Weekends & bank holidays repeat prescription
Repeat prescriptions are not processed on weekends or bank holidays. If you submit your request before 3:30 pm, it will be ready for collection at the specified time on the following working day.
